What: (skill of month / guest speaker) + (poetry / writing challenge) + (book of the month).
How: Zoom / Google Meet
Who: women aged 18 years and over
Why: By bringing our writing projects to the group we can - share our ideas - share our stories - share our drawings & illustrations - share our writings - share our knowledge of publishing and other resources - share our learning of new writing skills together - finish our writing projects - support each other - celebrate each other and our creativity! Through the collaborative power of women working together in a safe, compassionate environment we will enjoy and achieve our writing goals and projects.
Katie will facilitate the group's activities so members can explore their creativity and realize their writing projects. So, come join us and explore the art of journaling, children’s picture books, the power of poetry, making a magazine, young adult novel writing, report writing for a local newspaper, graphic novels, different illustration styles, making flip books, and visits from international guest speaking authors……and much much more!
